RTE Publishing is responsible for the presence of RTE transmissions on the public internet. Libirel provided the system integration to deliver clean feed outputs of RTE’s two transmission channels to the encoding platform. Standard commercial output is replaced locally with locally generated logo graphics. Local monitoring and distribution are in place before all required signals are delivered to the encoding stations and beyond to the internet cloud.
